| welp. 2008 is almost gone. this will likely be my last post this year as i don't have to work the rest of the week. not really sure what i am gonna do other than hope the flaming lips have decided to change their set up...the one they have been playing for 3 years or so now...that would definitely be cool. even if they play the same set though, at least i won't be at some bummer party watching people be boring and drink themselves into a fuzz.

| i think i had a small victory last night. i have had issues with pillows for a while...just can't find one i like. i thought i really liked the ones we have on our bed but found that they are good for falling asleep but end up too flat and thin. well, as i was about to go to bed last night, i decided to try something. i took an old pair of sweatpants and folded them up so that they ran the length of the pillow giving it just an extra half inch of padding...and i slept awesome...it was still thick enough when i woke up. now i am not sure this is a permanent fix but i will keep you updated.
